1- Escape Room

Who is a Live Escape Game for?
A live escape game is fun for everyone — friends, colleagues, families, you name it! If you’re looking for something different from the usual bars or movies, this is the perfect choice.

How early can I book?
Online booking is available up to 24 hours before the session.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
216k Escape Game is a live experience, so once your session is booked, it cannot be canceled. However, you may reschedule your session up to one week before the reserved date. Beyond this deadline, no changes can be made, and 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

Is there an age limit?
There is no strict age restriction, but we’ve found that the ideal age is 12 and above. You’re welcome to bring younger children, but in that case, we kindly ask that each team includes at least 2–3 adults.

What language is the game in?
Our escape game is designed for everyone — no special skills or prior knowledge are required. To solve the riddles, basic English, French, or German language skills are perfectly sufficient.

How difficult is the Escape Room?
Our games are designed to challenge your logic, teamwork, and creativity rather than your specific knowledge. Every team, whether beginner or experienced, can succeed with good communication and collaboration.

What is the group size?
Each session can accommodate a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 7 players. It’s the perfect activity for couples, families, or small teams!

2- Self-Guided Escape Games

How far in advance can I book?
You can make a last-minute booking up to 72 hours (3 days) before your preferred start date. This allows us enough time to prepare and send you the game materials.

When can I play the game?
Our Self-Guided Escape Games are completely flexible, you can play anytime, on any day that suits you. Since the experience is self-guided, there’s no need to reschedule or coordinate a fixed time with us.
​
How long is the game valid after purchase?
Once purchased, your game remains valid for 12 months.
You can choose to play it whenever you’re ready, the adventure waits for you!
